FILLING THE GAP

Filling the GAP: An Alumni Sharing is a new event held as a talk given by the alumni of Faculty of Dentistry, University of Malaya. This activity serves to provide students of the Faculty of Dentistry some information and ideas about the duration between graduation and posting, otherwise known as Graduated Awaiting Posting (GAP). Few alumni speakers were invited to give exposure as well as inspiration to graduating dental students on what can be pursued during GAP period such as working in a dental clinic, taking the MFDS exam and venturing into non-dental fields. Likewise, this project can also strengthen the bond between students of the Faculty of Dentistry and the alumni.
